Here he, here he, as we embark on what we have all been awaiting for; the return of Jeanne Beker, to the fashion scene. Though this Canadian fashion icon, no longer grazes the cameras of Fashion Television, we still look to her as a style icon to be. The iconic woman has previously collaborated with top names such as The Hudson Bay, to now finally creating her own line, of shoes and handbags, which is exclusively featured for the Shoe Company, located at The Stockyards Shopping Centre (St. Clair West & Old Weston Rd).
The collaboration features shoes ranging from platforms, stilettos, flats to even gladiator sandals, all wrapped up in animal and reptile print, leathers with both a mate and glossy finish, delivered in a stylish box that fits Jeanne’s personality and style. According to the women trying on the shoes at the even, the heels provided support and comfort, keeping them on the tips on they’re toes for the entire event. Jeanne then said “I wanted the shoes to be comfortable and stylish, because I know what it’s like to have to be running around from show to show, and still wanting to look good in a pair of heels.”
As Toronto Fashion week drew to an end, this event couldn’t have been held at a more perfect timing, just before the first show at 2pm at the David Pecaut Square, this event, brought together the stylish and trend setters all into one room, for the simple love of shoes, or of course they’re love for Ms. Jeanne Beker.
