Disney world

Located in Orlando, Florida with over 30,000 acres of land Disney world is by far the world’s most visited entertainment park. Opening it’s doors on October 1, 1971 with only Disney’s Magic Kingdom, the park has now grown to a total of four theme parks, two water parks and 23 on-site theme hotels as well as other recreational entertainments for all ages.

The iconic Cinderella castle in the Magic Kingdom is home to all the classic beloved Disney Characters. With spectacular parades this is where fairytales dreams come true and everyone lives happily ever after. The children can let their creative juices flow as they learn all about technological advancements and travel through a collection of international pavilions in Ecpot, the second theme park. The third park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom is where you will find the world’s largest home to fantastic animals. Lastly, you can go behind the scenes of Hollywood-style action at Disney’s Hollywood studios. Your family can also cool down at one of the two water parks – Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon and Disney’s Blizzard beach, which features rides and slides for the whole family.

Universal Orlando Resort

The second largest resort after Walt Disney World in Orlando, Florida is the widely popular Universal Orlando Resort. The resort is home to two spectacular theme parks – Universal Studios and Universal Island of Adventures, which offer over 50 of the world’s most amazing rides and attractions. The resort has gain more visitors with it’s highly popular Wizarding World of Harry Potter which opened 2 year ago.

At the resort families can share unforgettable memories with Harry and other stars as you can experience everything from state of the art 4-D experience to heart pounding roller coasters. You can also plunge yourself into some of the greatest movie moments of all time fighting beside your favourite heroes. Great Wolf lodge

For those of you looking to go away without getting away, there are still many other theme parks in and around Ontario. Located just minutes away from the famous Niagara falls Great Wolf Lodge is an indoor water park with over 100,000 square feet of water-packed fun. Kept at 84 degrees the water park is made to replicate an indoor beach with an outdoor pool section. Your family can learn about the animals of the Northwood by going on the wolf walk and cuddle by the fireplace each night for story telling in the Grand lobby.
