Julia Grieve is a true renaissance woman. She is an entrepreneur, a trendsetter, a local celebrity, an eco-design leader, and a wife and mother.
Julia got her start in the fashion world at the tender age of 13. She modeled all through high school and as soon as she graduated she left home to work as an model in Milan, the start of an adventure that took her all over the world. After working in the international fashion industry for over a decade, Julia was ready to invest her considerable energy and fashion sense into Preloved, the store and design label she founded fourteen years ago.
Julia has also made a name for herself over the years in the press, media and television world – from weekly appearances as Fashion Expert on The Dini Petty Show and Canadian Living, to guest appearances on The Camilla Scott Show, Canadian House and Home, Modern Manners, and Grumps. Julia has worked as Fashion Editor of Impact Magazine and as a commentator for the fashion review section of The National Post. Julia was also the co-host of 42 episodes of Global Television’s nationally syndicated make-over show Diva on a Dime. Most recently, you can catch Julia as a guest mentor on Project Runway Canada, season 2.
Julia is most proud of her latest creations, her two fashionable sons and her beautiful daughter, the inspiration behind Preloved’s latest line for children, me*me.
