How to make Protein shakes
You will need:
1 cup almond milk
1/4cup water (you may use less)
1/2 cup blueberries
1/4Crushed ice cubes
1 tbsp sliced almonds, toasted
1 scoop vanilla protein powder (brand is optional)
Mix all ingredients into your blending machine. Leave out sliced almonds because they will be used for décor on top of your protein shack after it is completely blended. With Finished missed sprinkle the almond slices and enjoy.
