Forget about terrible Tuesday, or the darkness falling outside of fall. The Tristan’s exclusive Canadian launch of Lui and Elle fragrance at the Yorkdale mall location was more then sufficient to cheer the mood up with a gathering of sophisticated, fashion forward individuals doing what they do best; living and dressing to impress.
Editors Michelle and Rachelle from Front Row Magazine were the coordinators of this exclusive launch for the perfumes, having only selected few invited to the gathering, making it an uber exclusive event. Having a guest list check-in, right at the entrance, with a live DJ spinning, along with mini cupcakes, Champaign like substance and swag bags, made for a must enter store to all the customers walking by.
Accompanying the launch of the perfumes was the editors’ pick of two looks, one for him and one for her, which at the end one lucky male and female would win the looks. The women’s look was a sheer, chest pocketed fold-over flap, burgundy shirt with a tailored soft collar, hidden fastening in the front and small gold like metallic prints all over the shirt, and a faux leather, high-waisted sequined mini skirt. While for the men was a grey charcoal skinny pant accompanied by a black v-necked sweater with a black tailored shirt underneath, finishing off the look with a checkered hand-tied bowtie.
